Jack Simony is the Chairman of The Negotiation Institute. For over fifty years The Institute has been a leading provider of executive skills training dedicated to building collaborative leaders, high performing teams, and optimizing organizational effectiveness within companies worldwide. Mr. Simony’s tenure has included updating The Institute’s courses, incorporating the tools, strategies, and techniques developed by today’s thought leaders and latest research. He further modernized The Institute’s technological capabilities; developing webinars, innovative and interactive content and e-delivery systems. Under his leadership the Institute opened a conference-development division, which has hosted award-winning conferences such as, Women In the Art of Negotiation Summit (WIN Summit) and The Art of Negotiation for Real Estate.
Prior to joining The Negotiation Institute, Mr. Simony founded and exited from several financial services companies. In addition to his vast experience in financial he is a certified expert in the field of fraud prevention (CFE).
Mr. Simony currently serves as a Trustee for the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and served a three year term as the UN representative for Human Rights Advocates International. Additionally, Mr. Simony is currently a senior advisor for the Ashcroft Law Firm. He is a member of The Army and Navy Club in Washington D.C., the New York Athletic Club in NYC and an active supporter of a number of philanthropic organizations.
Mr. Simony holds an MBA from Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris, graduated with a DFS from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School and a B.A from the City University of New York.
